Bakery/Pastry Production
We are currently seeking motivated people to work within our hands-on bakery process. Full time positions are available. This is night/early mornings work based, so your own transport would be required.
Baristas/ Cafe Workers
Lawley’s Cafes are always looking for fresh faces to work in our stores. With mutiple sites across Perth we can always offer you a position.
Logistics
Lawley’s have a logistics devision which we are looking for packers or drivers to work either full time or casual. No need for a heavy vehicle license, we just require a manual drivers license.
Cooks
Lawley’s has six cafe locations, and we are currently seeking two Full Time Cooks. Experience and own transport is required. Full time position with weekend work. No night work.
Cafe Manager
Lawleys is currently looking for the right applicant who can oversee and manage all of our nine sites. You must possess the following skills: Good leadership; Have the ability to determine what is needed in each of our retail outlets and where product mixes can be improved and changed; Check wastage figures and provide continual correct stock levels to ensure profitability; Ensure customer service managers are complying with company policy and giving feedback to ensure best retail policies; Provide marketing goals and aims for all retail outlets; Ensure all Lawleys health and safety policies are monitored; Ensuring prices are consistent with profit margin requirements; Consult with directors on promotions and advertising needs; Reporting to directors with retail outlets’ financial transactions and reports to advise improvement strategies; Monitor how products and services are sold to customers and how improvements and marketing strategies can be implemented; Train staff on new and changing policies, as this is a dynamic industry. Supply and Distribution Manager
Logistics experience is essential to this position as the position involves the coordination of staff and goods to ensure supply and distribution is kept to the highest standard. The position entails determining, implementing and monitoring purchasing of products for the Bakery, storage and distribution strategies for finalised goods, policies and plans to improve logistics of the company.
